Il #12Dicembre 1969 portarono in Piazza Fontana a Milano, la tensione dentro una valigetta piena di morte. Alle ore 16:37, mentre si stavano terminando le ultimissime operazioni giornaliere, nella sede della Banca Nazionale dell’Agricoltura di Milano esplose una bomba nascosta dentro ad una valigetta. Morirono 16 persone, 88 furono i feriti.

Comincia da qui la cosiddetta “Strategia della tensione” volta a controllare mediante le morti e le stragi la popolazione, stretta attorno al concetto di paura e di morte. Le conseguenze di questo attentato furono devastanti. Morti innocenti come Pinelli, repressione senza alcun senso pur di colpevolizzare l’avversario politico. L’ultimo processo avvenuto nei primissimi anni 2000 vide condannato Delfo Zorzi, come esecutore, Carlo Maria Maggi, come organizzatore già condannato anni dopo in via definitiva all’ergastolo per la strage di Piazza Loggia a Brescia, Giancarlo Rognoni come basista, Stefano Tringali fu condannato a tre anni per favoreggiamento. Altri riuscirono immediatamente a sfuggire alle sentenze: Carlo Digilio ottenne la prescrizione del reato per una serie di attenuanti.

Ma nel 2004 arriva “l’incredibile”: la Cassazione assolve i tre imputati, ridusse le pene e gli ergastoli cancellati. Al termine delle procedure processuali, nello sgomento più assoluto, le famiglie delle vittime furono pure costrette a pagare le spese processuali. Pur assolvendo, pur cancellando, pur dicendo che nessuno è Stato, la Cassazione nelle motivazioni cita testualmente che “tuttavia la strage di Piazza Fontana fu realizzata da una cellula di Ordine Nuovo, capitanata da Freda e Ventura ma essi non sono più processabili perché assolti in via definitiva da un’altra inchiesta conclusa nel 1987.

Il sipario si chiude, con nessun condannato. Nessuno è Stato.
